Graduates from the Bike Workshop

If you want to give a gift that is truly giving back to those in need this year, then please consider sponsoring a student at the Bike Workshop we run at the Oasis Center. For $40, you will provide all of the essentials a student will need for the program, in addition to a helmet, lock and light set. If you are unfamiliar with the Workshop, it is a youth bicycle program where we teach underprivileged youth bike mechanics and safety. They receive a free bicycle through the program. We began the Workshop in June, and so far it has been a great success. There are big plans for the Workshop in 2010, but in order to see those ideas become reality, support is needed! Sponsoring a student is the type of support that will help the program grow.
