There are two events happening tonight:
Whole Foods is opening their new beer taps and to celebrate they are inviting everyone over for beer and food. $5 gets you a mug and all the beer you can drink! Proceeds go to the Oasis Center, who we partner with for the Bike Workshop! 6-8PM
Also, a good friend of the shop, and a good guy, Nathan was involved in a bike-car accident recently. Nathan had 12+ bones broken and his bike was broken in 1/2. The GreenFleet/Hub is hosting a fundraiser for Nate tonight. Meet at Edgehill Cafe at 7pm.
We will be riding to the Whole Foods in Green Hills tonight at 7pm and then over to the hub. If anyone wants to join us, come by the shop!
We all had a really great time yesterday. Thanks again to Matt Portell and all the volunteers and sponsors who made ride for reading such a success. I know this event will continue to grow!
The South’s Most Delicious Mountain Bike Race Is Back! Andrew, Dan & Halcyon+Oasis Workshop Team will be there in full force. This is a really great event that Mathew Portell of Ride for Reading puts on. Here’s a link to the website. See y’all out there.
Holy Crap! Tour De Fat was a blast!
Over 600 riders were in the parade and 1500 attended the after party!
Thanks to our beautiful volunteers we raised $1750 for the Workshop!
From everyone at the Bike Shop and the Workshop, we’d like to thank Michael Craft, John Gartland, Aimee Gilchrist and Coleman Morris from New Belgium, Thomas Solinsky from Sound Forrest and all the rest of crew! We couldn’t have had a better time! You guys were awesome and very much welcome back to Nashville!
Looking forward to next year!
